      Lots to learn in terms of mechanisms, smart people to work with, work life balance depends on the team, your org etc.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance is not great. Mechanisms and LP focus is a bit much instead of actually getting work done.

      -Before start date very limited, information about AWS(They don't like sharing over the internet. -Fast pace with training and learning.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
