      work in the 12-hour system, sometimes no overtime you have to be a professional yourself to get in and keep it, I recommend it for experienced people with knowledge of electrics, electronics, pneumatics and basics of automation

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
