      Ridiculous rules People that shouldn't be on a maintenance team are taking lead Left to sort your own problems out Pass the buck is key Little communication Everything is "policy " you can't even use a powered cutting tool!!

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
