      You work with lots of smart people who really want to do a good job. We really are customer focused, which makes you proud of the work you've done at the end of a long day. Nearly limitless possibilities for moving around internally and learning new skills.

      Inconvénients

      Benefits are decent but uninspired. No tele-commuting, no paid educational benefits, no charitable matches.

      Inconvénients

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
