      Avantages

      Amazon offers lots of autonomy, flexibility in schedule and working from home. Also, you can bring your dog to work.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of pressure to get results, no matter what. Data is everything - which is ok, but the data must be rational and reasonable. Some groups work harder than others, but don't expect a lot of help from your teammates or boss - you need to perform on your own.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
