      Inconvénients

      Amazon used to be the place where you "acted like an owner", and everybody went beyond their job descriptions and did what was best for the company. They've morphed into a standard large company where people now answer "not my problem" instead of "I'll take care of it"

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
