      If you want to be surrounded by smart and experienced people, work on high-scale high-impact projects, constantly challenge yourself - Amazon is a place to go. Great offices, opportunities for global travel, great benefit package, strong network.

      Inconvénients

      You need to be good at setting boundaries if you want to have work-life balance, otherwise, this place is very demanding. Promotions are hard. Change in orgs/leadership is very frequent.

      Inconvénients

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
