Avantages
there are a lot of nice people working here and lots of good engineers. Managers are encouraged to help you grow in your career. The managers i’ve met are all very supportive.
Inconvénients
the company as a whole does not care about the wellbeing of its employees, to amazon people are replaceable. They’ve also started mandating 5 days a week in the office. They claim to be striving to be the best employer in the world but do nothing to meet those goals.
