Trailfinders is thrilled to celebrate the success of our apprenticeship scheme which has achieved a 100% pass rate since it launched in 2023. A total of 51 apprentices have completed the 12-month apprenticeship training in different waves between June 2023 and February 2024, gaining the equivalent to two A-Levels. Nearly three quarters (73%) of these apprentices attained a Distinction in the programme. Well done all!
