    Avantages

    Good colleagues who are young and fun. Lots of supplier nights where you can eat and drink for free. You get discounts on hotels too if you are allowed to use them.

    Inconvénients

    You are either told off or made to feel very guilty if you spend longer than two minutes away from your desk. You are watched over by 'telman' who records everything you are doing and will message your manager if he doesn't believe what you have said to him. Ironically, YOU CANNOT TAKE HOLIDAY unless you book week blocks over 6months in advance, no last minute get aways to be had here folks, and no three days off allowed...

    the opportunity to learn and progress in the company is big.. you can move from sale to admin department to develop your knowledge and go back again in sale.. you can have the opportunity to go "back to school" (like study at home or follow all the training provided by TF) what ever you want to do, if the opportunity is there, just grab it...

    Inconvénients

    the downside is the the flexibility of working hours.. sometime it will be more appreciate to be able to come early and leave early for "x" reason - same with coming late and leaving late, without being penalised for it... as long as we are doing our contracted hours we should be absolutely fine.... and working from home is like a forbidden thing, why? that is the question

    Thanks for the post. There may not be a smoothie bar (great idea!) but we do provide lunch daily which is a big savings to staff and costs the company £1,750,000 annually.

    The people you work with in the whole are really nice and if you can actually get some time off there is good travel deals.

    Inconvénients

    The Annual leave system is shocking a travel company should encourage travel instead getting any length of time off is impossible due to you not being able to take holiday at weekends/bank holidays so having to swap for other shifts and swapping is nearly impossible especially for peak days i.e bank holidays.     Sort out your annual leave in this job you should encourage people to travel not cut off the opportunity all together. Some of your best employees are the ones providing a great service and taking time with clients not the ones just pushing through anything and ripping off clients to get big sales figures over the line.     Great travel perks. Having at least £120 a month towards travel is a massive help. If the manager is nice then they make an effort to put you forward for fams and educationals as long as your sales are not poor. I thought the initial training was also very good.

    Inconvénients

    All my complaints about this company boil down to the expectation of the company that your job comes first. If the company should request it you should forgo any personal commitments/plans for the greater god of the company. Incredibly long hours. Expectation is to stay longer then your official nine hour day if a client is on the phone or in the shop with you. The most ridiculous bureaucracy. Straight forward issues...

    Above industry standard pay and incentives schemes, great travel perks and a rapidly evolving culture that really values staff. The non-sales departments have grown over recent years and now offer excellent opportunities for internal progression and development after a career in the sales divisions, or if you find you skills are best suited in another environment within the company.

    Inconvénients

    There is little flexibility around working hours whatever the department you work in.
