Peachy keen on community impact. This year, we partnered for progress with the National Organization of Minority Architects (NOMA)’s Project Pipeline, where students use the city as a classroom to affect change through design. Hosted at Georgia Institute of Technology and guided by mentors like Senior Architect Jessica Gardenhire, students tackled a real adaptive reuse project in Atlanta. Designing for their community—and the world stage students explored sustainability practices, debated renovation strategies, and pitched their concepts to local developers for a mixed-use development set to debut ahead of the 2026 World Cup. #chooseSSOE
What happens in Vegas… becomes a Posada to remember! This year, our team from Leon, Mexico went all in with a Vegas-inspired Posada, while our team in Chihuahua hosted their own festive celebration—both bringing together colleagues near and far with visitors from the U.S. for a night of connection and holiday cheer.
