On the 18th September, the United Nations observes Equal Pay Day, bringing attention to the disparities in pay between men and women. Four years ago, Novartis signed the Equal Pay International Coalition (EPIC) Pledge to ensure that we truly enshrine the principle of equal pay for equal work for all of our associates globally.
