Sebagai bagian dari langkah besar ini, Halodoc memperkenalkan AIDA (AI Doctor Assistant) — teknologi AI yang dirancang untuk mendampingi dan meringankan tugas administratif dokter, agar mereka dapat lebih fokus pada pengambilan keputusan klinis dan interaksi dengan pasien. “AIDA adalah alat pendukung yang tidak akan menggantikan peran dokter, tetapi memberdayakan kemampuan mereka untuk memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang sudah baik menjadi semakin baik bagi pasien. Selama dua hari, lebih dari 1.000 peserta datang untuk memeriksakan kesehatan mereka, mulai dari cek gula darah, kolesterol, asam urat, hingga konsultasi dengan dokter. Pemeriksaan sederhana seperti ini bisa menjadi langkah awal untuk mendeteksi risiko penyakit sejak dini. Hal ini sejalan dengan tujuan Halodoc untuk menghadirkan layanan kesehatan yang mudah dijangkau, membiasakan masyarakat untuk peduli pada diri sendiri, dan menjadikan pemeriksaan preventif sebagai budaya sehari-hari. Halodoc is honored to collaborate with L'Oréal Dermatology Beauty in hosting a media and community gathering, to discuss Lifestyle and Skincare for Healthy Skin in Extreme Weather. The event brought together Experts and Professionals such as dr. Frieda, Sp.DVE (Halodoc’s Dermatology partner), Ignasius Ryan Hasim Hasim (VP Consultation & Diagnostics, Halodoc), and Hansen Gandhi (Medical Director, L'Oréal Dermatology Beauty). During the session, dr. Frieda, shared insights on the importance of a holistic approach to skin health. She explained that skin health is closely linked to our daily habits and environment. Echoing this, Hansen Gandhi, Medical Director of L'Oréal Dermatology Beauty, pointed out two key challenges we face: inconsistent sun exposure and high pollution, both of which can impact the skin in the short and long term. In line with dr. Frieda's insights, Ignasius Hasim, VP of Consultation & Diagnostics at Halodoc, highlighted a clear link between shifting weather, skin concerns, and mental well-being. Halodoc's data from the first half of 2025 reveals a nearly 10% increase in skin-related consultations compared to last year, with common concerns like acne, dermatitis, and pigmentation leading the trend, underscoring the growing impact of environmental factors on our overall health.
We're excited to look back on a successful collaboration with Garmin Indonesia for a fantastic Plogging Run event last Sunday, as part of the Road to Garmin Run 2025! The Plogging Run was a meaningful initiative where participants ran while collecting trash for 7 kilometers. Halodoc was proud to be part of this initiative because we believe that a healthy lifestyle starts both within and from the world around us. As the official health partner of Garmin Run 2025, we were there to support everyone involved. We provided free health check-ups to make sure all participants felt ready and safe before the race day.
