Halodoc joined the 2nd Annual CX Global Summit Indonesia 2026 with this year’s theme “Designing Trust. Scaling Experience. Leading Indonesia’s CX Future.”, where Indonesia’s top CX, digital, data, and business leaders shared insights on designing customer experiences that are scalable, yet remain human, inclusive, and credible, amid growing investments in AI across today’s evolving business landscape. Through panel discussions “Personalization vs Privacy – Striking the Right Balance”, Mulyadi Chiaki, VP of Product at Halodoc, emphasized that building trust in healthcare means clinical data stays in its care context, with clear boundaries that prevent it from being used for commercial purposes, and transparency as the key to making patients feel secure and valued. To bring this principle to life, Halodoc applies AI to enhance healthcare for patients and doctors, while staying committed to data privacy—introducing HILDA (Halodoc Intelligent Digital Assistant) and AIDA (AI Doctor Assistant), built on three strategic pillars: decoding Indonesian health semantics to capture patient intent, using adaptive flows to create personal and age-appropriate journeys, and ensure doctors remain the final authority. This session reflects Halodoc’s role in shaping a trusted health tech ecosystem in Indonesia by building AI‑enabled solutions that are grounded in user personalization needs while embedding privacy into every product experience.

On 2 March 2026, Halodoc and Halodoc Academy successfully conducted an offline seminar titled "A Comprehensive Guide of Semaglutide for Obesity Management". Held at the Halodoc Building Auditorium in Jakarta, the event was the result of a strategic collaboration with Novo Nordisk Indonesia. This initiative serves as a tangible manifestation of the Halodoc and Halodoc Academy's commitment to equip medical partners with the latest insights into healthcare technology. Attended by 30 selected partner physicians, the seminar focused on managing obesity as a chronic disease through the utilization of the latest medical innovations. The intensive session featured an expert speaker, dr. Oki Yonatan Oentiono, Sp.GK, who dissected the clinical aspects and mechanisms of Semaglutide as a GLP-1 agonist. This was followed by a practical educational presentation on the administration of semaglutide injection pens, along with the latest clinical data and scientific journals on semaglutide injections. Beyond serving as a platform for scientific updates, the seminar provided significant professional value through the provision of the Ministry of Health's Continuing Professional Development (SKP) points via the Plataran Sehat platform. This collaboration reflects Halodoc's dedication to continuously elevating the competency standards of its healthcare partners to ensure excellent service quality.
On March 4, 2026, Halodoc had the opportunity to collaborate with Procter & Gamble Indonesia in launching Vicks Baby Balm as a product under the Vicks Indonesia family. Through the hashtag#KasihNyamannya Day event, Halodoc brought in professional midwives from Halodoc's Midwife Partners to lead a baby massage workshop, providing education to media partners and 100 members of the mother community through the “Oles, Pijat, Love” to help children feel more calm and relaxed when experiencing cold and cough symptoms during the transition season. Dita Sasri Primaviri, Head of Homecare at Halodoc, explained that during seasons with unpredictable weather, coughs and colds rose +17.8%, making them the most common complaints experienced in the second semester of 2025 (at the end of the year and during the transition season) by babies and children. Most cases are mild upper respiratory tract infections, which cause discomfort in babies. In executing its mission to optimize healthcare services closer to families, Halodoc's Homecare service is here to provide these health solutions to parents at home through home service baby and child massage by certified professional midwives. Parents can also access products like Vicks Baby Balm and Vicks VapoRub through the Health Store in the Halodoc app as supportive options to help provide comfort for little ones during coughs and colds.
