The overall process followed the form described in the book "Who." The process consisted of several behavioral interviews, one case study, one ~5 hour deep dive, and reference checks. They do a nice job of preparing you for each step.

Very clear, well thought out, transparent process, following the 'Who' method of hiring :) screening interview, case study, career conversation and decision - all stages communicated well and the opportunity to speak to current people in the team throughout.
