I had a phone interview. They missed our call not once, but TWICE. I missed on vacation time for this call. Then I did a video interview. The staff seemed competent except for the manager who was really into himself for some reason. My original recruiter quit, and another woman was given my application. I touch base, week after week; this goes on for two months until I just stop asking. They were always "almost done" with the application, so it is really disappointing.
