Speaking with Recuiter via skype. Basically they explained how their company works , some long term benefits. I figured out that position was not fit with my background and I withdraw my application after skype call.

It was a 1:1 interview with a tech lead from the project. During the interview they asked about my experience, they made some questions related to technology ans then we discussed about challenges on one pf their projects

3 interviews, one on the phone and two in person. I was interviewed on the role I had not applied for then got a call that they needed someone with experience. Filed a complaint and was offered to interview for a different position.
