Applicant must submit resume, then analyze and write up a business case study, then present this case study along with a new business idea to current enFocus employees. The final step is then to interview again with directors. It was a very long, difficult, and unpleasant experience. The assignments had to be completed on your own time with short notice. When I went in to interview and present the case study, I was not given instructions on how to enter the building, which was difficult, and then the interviewers didn't even introduce themselves. I put a lot of effort into this interview only to receive a short, general rejection email stating that I did not have the necessary skills.
it was 2 rounds, pretty quick and easy. Case study and prsentation and an initial screening interview. Case study is easy, but they are looking for diversity in candidates. Regular interview questions on critical thinking, management, leadership style etc. overall its a good experience.

The interviewing processes is pretty straight forward. It typically includes 2-3 interviews depending on the role, but usually includes an introductory interview, a behavioral interview, and a presentation interview. Sometimes the introductory interview can be mitigated with a good introduction at a career fair or other professional introduction. The behavioral interview ensures you are a good culture fit, and the presentation demonstrates your competency in the field. The interviewers make you feel at ease and comfortable.

Screening call is first, then a week or so later was an interview/case study and Q&A. The case study takes a little time to prepare but was interesting. Fair process.
