Initially I received invitation to finish online numerical and verbal SHL tests which then led on to a face to face interview with a line manager and HR. The process took a few weeks.

The interview itself was okay, they were asking basic questions on how I understand the position requirements, what are my expectations for the job, etc. There were no tests to check the skills

I applied online and was invited to their office for an interview. I was met by two people that were actually interviewing for a different role, evidently a mix up occurred. The following day I got an email saying my application was unsuccessful. What a waste of time that was!

It’s 2 stage interview process. First stage is with HR to ascertain fit with the role. Then the second phase is tasked based with recruiting manager. You are given a data set with flight data to provide insights on.
