It was very chaotic from start to finish - I received a InMail from a direct recruiter and then was asked to apply, then had a discovery interview where i was told that i would hear back within 1 week and then heard nothing. I chased the recruiter and although I had a reply to say that they would be in touch we are 3months down the line and i've been fully ghosted - even the standard "sorry you've not been successful email" would have been sufficient enough.
