Entretien
I met with the store manager, and we sat down in the main area of the mall to chat. He was dressed very casually. He asked me questions about KPIs and my background, and eventually suggested that I move forward as a candidate for a Team Leader position instead. I found out later that he did that to some of my peers too.
1st Round general HR interview on CV and why you apply for this company & position
2nd Round line manager interview, focusing on experience, skills and cultural fit, with written test to prepare in advance and questions asked related to how you prepare output

Question 1
Both interview stressed on why adidas and what do you know about the company. Be prepared for this type of question, especially on your knowledge to company.
Nice not too hard, match to experience and straightforward. Mostly you just shared what you have wrote in the resume and explain in detail. Second interview was case study, very easy going

Entretien
The interview was pretty straightforward, first with HR and then with the hiring manager, during which I had to present a Business Case based on the job position. During the second interview the would ask me questions to go deeper into the specifics of the case.
