It started with a phone screening and progressed to an in-person interview. I met with a panel of interviewers who asked insightful questions, and I also completed a task related to the role. Finally, I had a conversation with the hiring manager about my aspirations and alignment with adidas' values

Fairly long and difficult process, but I enjoyed it. I applied without a reference through their job posting. The first interview was a call with their internal recruiter, the second round was a virtual interview with the line managers for the position, the 3rd round was a virtual panel interview with the line managers + 2 other cross functional managers- I was required to prepare and present a case study in Power Point based on info they sent me 3 days prior, and finally the 4th interview was a virtual 1:1 with the director of the department.
Overall the experience was pretty pleasant and exciting. The interviewers were great people. The only downside is the process from start to finish is so long. It took almost 5 months to get my offer.
