I applied online a while ago, then one day I was in the store and decided to drop by and let them know that I had applied online and that I'd like to speak to a manager. I spoke to a manager and it turns out that day they were having group interviews. I was interviewed with two other people. All three of us was hired.

Entretien
Fast process, felt as if I was walking away with a friend at the end of it. Asked questions in a STAR format (Situation, Task, Action, Result). Manager was friendly and enthusiastic about the company.

Tell me about a time where you made a mistake and how did you learn from it
So interesting because I was like super new to this world of retail and they were so nice to me and offered me the job over more qualified candidates which I thought was super duper weird but oh well
Applied online and got a call that week. Went in person for an interview which was very straight forward. There was only one round. I was asked about past cashiering experience.
