very bad experience. first, i applied online, two weeks later, i received a rejection email, so i forgot about this one. And then, two weeks later, i received a call from their HR asking for my interests and background, i shared everything honestly and in the end expressed my interests in pursuing further. 2 weeks later, they arranged an interview for me, telling me it is going to be the line manager. When i arrived at there, i realized it is a joint interview with line manager and HR person. Apparently they did not read my CV much, not knowing much about my experience. i do not mind introducing myself, but from the conversation at the beginning, they have no interests in knowing more about me..and it ended very abruptly in 30mins. i have never had such kind of bad interview experience. someone tell me what happened to this company?!
