J'ai postulé en ligne au poste de chef de produit rattaché au siège de Strasbourg. Un mois après ma candidature et une sélection des CV, j'ai reçu un mail m'invitant à passer un entretien en ligne via la plateforme dédiée. Les 7 questions étaient pré-enregistrées par la RH avec 30 secondes de réflexion puis 2 minutes max pour y répondre. Les premières questions étaient classiques puis plus spécifiques au poste en lui-même (me concernant en Marketing et donc sur le lancement d'un produit par exemple). Suite à cet entretien, on vous indique que l'entreprise reviendra vers vous sous 15 jours. Cependant, comme beaucoup de personnes l'ont déjà indiqué, adidas ne prend pas la peine de vous recontacter et vous laisse "en plan" ce qui est assez décevant de la part d'une telle entreprise.

Fairly long and difficult process, but I enjoyed it. I applied without a reference through their job posting. The first interview was a call with their internal recruiter, the second round was a virtual interview with the line managers for the position, the 3rd round was a virtual panel interview with the line managers + 2 other cross functional managers- I was required to prepare and present a case study in Power Point based on info they sent me 3 days prior, and finally the 4th interview was a virtual 1:1 with the director of the department. Overall the experience was pretty pleasant and exciting. The interviewers were great people. The only downside is the process from start to finish is so long. It took almost 5 months to get my offer.
