Just applied online and spoke with a manager about who I was and how I think I would fit in with the company. There was nothing too complicated about the process.

1st normal getting to know
2nd a more detailed very cool call and very explanatory of the role, it felt very friendly
3rd you get to know the managers, which is very important
Enjoyable experience, I was very comfortable during my interview. Got asked simple customer service questions and got offered the job on the spot. Interview was not a long process and getting offered an interview did not take long either.
I applied online for a position in Adidas APAC and was informed via mail of an online interview with HR. It was a rather pleasant interview; questions asked were rather generic. However, there isn't a reply from HR till date, even though a follow-up mail was sent. This is rather unprofessional and there should at least be a rejection mail sent, albeit not being selected to advance to the next round.
