I was referred through a friend and had one phone interview followed by 3 in person interviews in one day. I then called and emailed the 3 people I met with for 2 days straight until I heard back from the original recruiter who drilled me for 30 minutes before telling me that I had already gotten the job. It was a little nerve racking but overall it was a positive experience.

I never got to interview. The representative scheduled an appointment with me very quickly in a way that felt rushed and impersonal. Then, she called me late and when I tried to return the call 3 minutes later, she didn't respond. I left a voicemail and called once more. No response. I guess everyone goes through a lot of applicants, but I don't feel I was given my due diligence. Regardless, if this is how they treat their applicants, I'd much rather think I've dodged a bullet, as that doesn't reflect well on the company.

I applied on the website, internal recruitment team reached out to me as a initial call. I mentioned about my minimal experience which she was fine with. Then had the next step call with the hiring manager and had to draft an outbound email. Which was really good too. Then I had the folllow up call with the manager of the hiring manager. Which was also very good. And then again had the call with the director of all business. Eventually they decided that “I did not have enough experience”.
This was exactly what I mentioned in my first call to recruiter. I took me 2 weeks of preparation for this and I was declined for not having something which I made pretty clear on day 1.
Please stop using people who are looking for job. It was a very bad experience at the end.
I wish you never do this to anyone ever again.
