Contacted by recruiter to schedule introductory call; In the recruiter call (recruiter was nearly 10 minutes late) I shared my background important to the role and answered many questions about my experience, but didn't have opportunity to ask questions; the interview with hiring manager was the common behavioral style (STAR method answers) and I did get to ask a couple of questions. Zillow policy is to only communicate directly with recruiter which seems like an improvement opportunity. After the 40 days with multiple attempts to contact the recruiter without a response, I received a generic rejection email without feedback.
