Well, the interview with the recruiter went well. I was told I was moving on to the hiring manager a few days later. Then 2 weeks passed with no interview scheduled or communication. I reached out to the recruiter again. He immediately responded and asked when I'd be available. I provided this info and then crickets again. I pinged one last time to see if Zillow was still interested - and NOTHING. This was actually an employee referral as well - so much for that... I can't believe such a well known company that is in hyper growth has such a terrible communication and candidate experience problem. If I acted this way while working, I would be fired.
