It was wonderful. First there was a phone interview with the recruiter (who has been wonderful and responsive throughout this whole process), and then there was a zoom interview-- three in a row and you are given their information before the interview. What blew me away is that I got a THANK YOU from Zillow for taking the time to interview with them. That really sealed the deal for me. The total process took less than a month.
