This was one of the best interview processes I've been a part of. Everyone that I connected with was open to conversation and seemed to really enjoy working at the company. There are a few rounds in this process, which gives the team a chance to learn more about you and your work. I thoroughly enjoyed the interview process at Zillow. What I liked most was the transparency. From the initial phone interview to the live virtual connects, every single person was upfront about what is working well at Zillow and where there is opportunity for improvement. I respect this level of honesty as it shows me that this organization knows what it needs to improve. Additionally, I feel like I got to meet a lot of different people on the L&D team who gave me a great perspective on their team structure, what their goals are, and where they are needing more work.
