First contact was over email, with a written PM challenge. After completing that, I had a 1 hr call with a PM, asking about my previous experience, as well as the question below. Next, the recruiter said I would have a call with another PM, but cancelled that a week later as they gave someone else the offer. This was pretty frustrating because I replied within 4-5 hours of every email I received, and gave virtually 24/7 availability for each interview, so I found it confusing as to why someone had cleared the onsite interview before I even got to complete my second phone interview.

Thirty minute video interview, then a week to hear back from them. There wasn't much direction on what to expect during the interview, which made it difficult. Recruiters were not very responsive to my communications.
Started with a video interview in the first round that was mostly behavioral. Second round of interviews consisted of two 30 min interviews at Zillow. Questions were once again behavioral. My experience was less about me getting grilled with questions and more like a free flowing conversation.
