I interviewed in September 2018 for the Irvine, CA location. One month after applying, the Recruiter lady called and went through the general resume overview. She mentioned she would call/email 2 days later and never communicated. After 2 weeks, I sent a friendly follow-up .. still no response. its been over a month. I told her that I am interviewing at other companies as well.
You guys should learn a little from Google and Amazon recruiting teams , where they go out of their way to make sure the candidate is well informed.
Their recruiting team is a joke. All the reviews here regarding the bad interview experience is 100 on the spot.
Zillow Group, get this - Communication is one of the fundamental skills expected of a PM. if the company itself does not respect the candidates, then its a shame!!

Met with the hiring manager about the role for 45 minutes. They gave background on both the company and role and asked basic questions about my background as it related to the open position. I also did a quick 15 minute call with the recruiter. Overall fine experience but they already had a candidate late in the process who they ended up extending an offer to.

About 6 rounds with Sr Manager of Product, Sr Manager of Engineering, Sales stakeholder, case study questions for the final interview. Most questions were using the behavioral interview question method.

5 loop interviews with various stakeholders. After the initial screening with the recruiters, the first official interview was with the hiring manager, then a business partner, and a tech partner, another business partner then back to hiring manager.
