I applied to an opportunity with the Zillow Group in San Fran and was contacted about 30 days later. From that point on the process was quick and seamless. I had great conversations with the Recruiter, as well as the Director of Recruiting, and I was brought onsite right away. The Coordinator did a spectacular job pulling everything together as quickly as she did. I interviewed with several Recruiters and two clients. Everyone was kind, humble and passionate. I learned a lot from my interview and my interest in the role only grew from there. The office was clean and modern. They even offered a catered lunch for employees the day I was there (which happens every Friday). It's an inviting and creative space in the heart of SF. The Recruiter was quick to follow up and scheduled me for a virtual interview with the team. I sensed a great deal of passion from them, and they asked me many good questions. After speaking with the Director I learned that I wasn't selected for the role. All of the feedback I had been given was positive so this was a bit of a surprise, but I believe everything happens for a reason and I wish them the best.

The interview process was very straightforward, although I did not move forward to final rounds. However, the Recruiter provided a lot of detail and preparation and did an incredible job making it a seamless experience. The only feedback I have is to please reject candidates in a timely response. I was strung along for over a week and would have appreciated timely feedback.
