In a phone screen, the recruiter MANaged both to mansplain the role and to be ignorant about the position (didn't have basic information or know KPIs). Aggressively pursued salary history four times. I could go on, but I have no energy left to review this company. I went to check out their leadership -- no POC and the only woman on the board has been there less than a year. Ooof. If the red flags raised by the recruiter weren't enough, this information is sending me running.

What is your experience with this kind of program?
The interview was 5 different sections with a hiring manager and various members of the team. They all had a variety of questions and seemed invested in hiring the right candidate.

The interview seemed very organized and efficient. I spoke with a recruiter and a few managers. The questions were a mix of behavioral and technical, mostly technical. I really enjoyed everyone I spoke to.

Entretien
Very personable, modern and practical approach to the process and discussions. Each manager had their own personalized questions and approach. Very different than the typical rehearsed questions read from a script at most companies.
