Several rounds, depending on your function. In Sales Operations you'd have the first round with a recruiter about your motivation, background, interests. Then you talk to your hiring manager, then next round is with another manager from same department. Round 4 would be a task/problem you have to solve in an hour while presenting your screen and afterwards explain your solution to your hiring manager and their manager (=typically department leader).
