Drawn out interview process. Second phone interview was cut short because the conference room where the interviewer was calling from had a meeting scheduled in it. Interviewer's mobile phone dropped three times during our call. Recruiter was very polite but didn't seem to know much about the role. Onsite interviews consisted of listening to the team's tactical challenges. Very little about the role and strategic goals. A thriving company going through some growing pains.

Entretien
The process started with a phone call with the recruiter. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. The manager asked me an illegal question within the first couple of minutes of our conversation. I was asked to rearrange my schedule because a team member was going on vacation. I came onsite to meet with three other team members for 30 minutes. I felt like the employees did not have a very thorough Interview process or difficult questions. The main question was around my job functions and then I was asked what questions I had for them.I was told they were having a debrief that week. After they rushed me through the interview process, the recruiter blew me off to let me know two weeks later that I wasn't selected.
