Connected with a recruiter. Got to talk to the hiring manager/team lead within a day. General background questions as well as some basic questions about React/Javascript. Was able to schedule the technical challenge very quickly (within 2 days). Technical screen was to create a basic React application. Fairly straightforward and got to complete it and some. Some technical difficulties on the interviewer's end.
Things were smooth up until this point and going quickly. Then communication fell apart with the recruiter. The interview was early Thursday. So I was expecting some sort of response by at least Monday. Tuesday rolled around and still got nothing, so I emailed to the recruiter asking for an update and received notice that "unfortunately, the spot has been filled". However, the recruiter did say that since I did really well on the technical that I wouldn't need to repeat that for another position and get to go straight to the onsite, and that they would be passing me onto other recruiters so that I can continue the hiring process on another team. Worst case scenario, there would be no openings and I would have to wait until there was an opening, which they reassured would be very soon. Asked for a general estimated timeline, and have since then been ghosted. Since then, I have witnessed many more openings pop up on job posting sites and have received no word. Overall left a bad taste in my mouth.

It was a four-round interview:
1. HR screen call
2. Hiring manager
3. Technical
4. One more behavioral interview
After just the HR recruiter's call, they assigned a meeting for the hiring manager. One day before, they cancelled it.

Entretien
First interview was with HR rep, second one with a technical team lead. There was supposedly a third interview with another technical manager or something, but it seemed they had already a strong candidate in mind, so after second interview I immediately got an email that they had gone the other way.

The interview process was straight forward. The process moved quickly across the different stages of the hiring process. Questions were related to the job and it's requirements instead of being generic questions
