The recruiter for the role reached out to me on LinkedIn to schedule a phone screen. I responded right away, and followed-up once, but the recruiter ended up ignoring her invitation to set-up a call. I was surprised how unprofessional the process was. A few weeks later I sent a message to suggest staying in touch but no response.
