I submitted my resume via Glassdoor and was contacted within a few days. I was asked what my salary requirement was and that the hiring manager was very interested. Had a follow up initial interview with the hiring manager and it became quickly apparent this was not going to be a good fit. The hiring manager provided constructive feedback, and a timely rejection letter. I appreciated the honest and expedient process.

they are totally in their own world, incompetent, unprofessional and wasting your time. they have no idea of running any programs, instead they pass biased judgements.
management is oblivious to the toxic culture brewing there. also they find suitable to say they hire people from psychology school to work in IT
