It was one of the strangest interview experience i ever have. I had one screening round of half an hour in which they asked me Architecture level questions and also coding questions with advanced javascript questions such as "implement your own Promise.all method.""write program to read file and count no of words, lines and characters" etc. A day after that i got call from HR and she said i hace cleared the screening and she scheduled first round of interview to after a week. On the interview day, I got a cancellation mail from the HR. I called her asking about it, and she didn't pick up. I then replied to cancellation mail asking about the reason for cancellation. On that she replied, (here the stranger things start) that "I called you in the morning and you were talking in Hindi and you were shouting on me, and you said you don't know English...etc." After reading this i was shocked and angry, I replied that i didn't get any call from you and i don't know what are you talking about, i also tell her that i can send my call logs. She called me some time after, and said that i remember and it was your voice only. I convinced her that it must be a cross connection or missdialed number. She then agreed to re schedule the call and she scheduled it for after another week. On that day, interviewer mailed on the invite saying he has another important client meeting and can we reschedule this. On that we rescheduled the meeting in the evening. During that interview, the interviewer has no skills related to my skills. I was Java developer with Angular and he was C++ developer with React. So interview was just a formality and he asked me some questions from here and there and it was clearly visible that he is not interested and he is not at all prepared for the interview. He asked me to write one code and few questions and interview was over in 25mins. A day after that i received main from Zemoso that they can not proceed with me. A real shocker!!
