Applied for senior role but got approached for Principal role. The first round was held in 2 days . Prepared for DSA but the actual interview was on production scenarios.
Attended 3 technical interview rounds with positive feedback & they were siltent for 2 weeks.Rejection mail came immediately after group call with leadership.Raised interview feedback required there. Utter wastage of time if you attend interview.

I had attempted 3 rounds of interview, after 3rd round got a system generated email we will not move further, after attending this many rounds and I try to reach recruiter and she is not answering calls and emails, this is totally unfair and as candidates I want know the feedback,

First two rounds it is based on my skill set and coding third round it is completely different some one sitting in a panel and post the 100 lines problem candidate read the entire problem and give a solution
Very pathetic still try to answer his questions and give solutions not sure why he rejected
