J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 3 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yelp (New York, NY) en févr. 2013
Entretien
The first step is a phone interview. They send you an email with sample questions, and those are the key questions. What is yelp's product, how does yelp advertise, etc. The answers are right on the website they provide, it's very straightforward. This step is a screen to see how you sound on the phone and if you're actually interested in the position. If they like you, they will schedule the next interview during this phone conversation.
My in-person interview had three different components. I met with a Manager, who had me do an initial role play like I was calling a pizza company. He then provided feedback. Remember the feedback! They ask you in every step what your feedback was the round before and how you felt about it. The next interview, with another manager, escalated the role play scenario. She gave me an example where the client was going to turn down Yelp in favor of newspaper advertising. She gave helpful feedback and had me try the call again. Again, LISTEN! They were very friendly and did their best to help you through the process. My final interview was with a recruiter, who asked me about my experiences and role play feedback. She explained pay scale, growth opportunities, and asked why I was interested in the job. There's lots of cold calling, so be prepared to say why that attracts you.

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
