J'ai postulé via un établissement d'enseignement supérieur ou universitaire. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Yelp (Phoenix, AZ) en déc. 2012
Entretien
Started out with a 15 minute phone interview. This was the easy part. They tell you about the position, make very clear that it is cold calling, ask you a few basic questions and then you're done. After, there is a 30 minute phone interview which is a behavioral interview that everyone is used to... The final interview, which is either an in-person or Skype interview is what got me. This is a sales interview, so expect there to be role playing! I totally bombed this part as I have never done a sales interview before. I was a bit thrown off by the questions, so make sure you study up on the product you will be selling and prepare well!

Question 1
I own Mike's Pizza. Set up an appointment with me to sell me ad space as quickly as possible.
In the second scenario the business owner will just refuse to buy ad space-- you must show that you are quick on your feet and will not take no for an answer!

The interview process was pleasant from start to finish. It included a recruiter phone screen, a video call with the sales manager, a role play exercise, and the opportunity to implement the manager’s feedback.

Question 1
One question they asked during my interview was what specifically about the role made me feel it was a strong fit for my background and experience.
The interview process with Yelp was a very organized experience. From the first email after I put in my application, to the offer extension call, I always felt well informed and included.
It was a one time interview over video call with a pre call before. One on one with a training manager. Pretty simple not too hard at all. Lasted 30 minutes with questions and role plays.
