Smooth interview process. All remote. Had 3 separate interviews. Very friendly individuals. Didn’t ask the boring questions from a sheet of paper. Very normal conversation and all answered questions that I had as well.

Phone screening to discuss my background. The recruiter was honest with me and explained that they were very selective and were looking for someone who was a compliance specialist, property manager or higher. My experience was not enough for the position and I appreciate the recruiter for being up front.
