Process took roughly three months. first with a technical written test then an oral interval. the shortlisted number of candidates are the only ones called for the written test and out of those the top five are called for the oral

Very well. I had a written online assessment and an interview after that. The assessment was more or less routine logistics and supply chain terms. Types, definitions, processes and documentations. Interview was a panel of 4 which took turns to ask technical and behavioral questions.

It was short, precise and very relevant to the position I was interviewing for.
1 aptitude test with around 30-50 questions and was timed, thereafter an online interview with HR and the hiring manager and other 2 people who were closely related to the position I applied for. I was thereafter taken up and started working immediately
