The atmosphere was nice. I applied online and I've been called after one month. The phone interview had a duration or 40 minutes more or less and it was a panel interview.

After you apply, First you get an aptitude test if you fit the criteria then a written test follows after a few days then an panel interview which may or may not be online

It was a great experience. One Programme Officer and one HR attended my interview session. They were super kind during the interview process. The interview lasted about half an hour.

After I apply for the position i got email for online assessment test after I took that there was an interview with a very basic question but related to competency.so prepare to tackle those questions beforehand
