It was not very difficult. People in the committee asked a question that was relevant to the position, gender related question, competency and leadership related question. It seemed that the people in the committee were a bit disorganized.

It was a normal competency-based interview (CBI) conducted by the UN. It was online using the Microsoft Teams application and that can be prepared with sample questions that last about 30 minutes.
