It was a fair for college internship program. They asked about past projects, contributions and language proficiency. Interview was informal, asked about what all studies have been experienced and what future plans are and how will you contribute to organization.

I applied for position through referral, and after couple days they booked interview - phone call. First call was more general about matching to job description. But on visa question, the recruiter said that they are not supporting any visa employment.
