I submitted an online application, had three phone interviews (recruiter and hiring managers) and had an in-person interview. This whole process took approximately 3 months from the time of my application. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and passionate about Workday. I had to give a presentation during my in-person interview, which was exciting and nerve wracking at the same time. Throughout the interview process they asked tough questions, but you could tell it was because they wanted to find the right candidate, and that the person they chose would fit into the existing company culture.
